TrustYourInbox vs Red Sift OnDMARC

Both watch your DMARC reports. The difference is how you pay and how fast you reach enforcement. Verified against Red Sift OnDMARC's own materials, July 2026.

How Red Sift OnDMARC charges

Tiered on two axes at once, active sender domains and monthly email volume. Only the entry tier's price is published (capped domains, capped volume, 30 days of history); the three tiers above it are quote-only.

There is no free tier. Subdomains: Not publicly documented: billing counts capped "active sender domains" per tier, and the vendor's own subdomain article is gated to logged-in customers, so whether a subdomain uses a domain slot cannot be verified from public materials.

We deliberately do not print Red Sift OnDMARC's prices: vendor pricing changes and a stale number would be unfair to them and useless to you. The model above was verified July 2026.

How we charge

Flat and public: free for one domain forever, $9/mo for 5 domains, $19/mo for 25 domains and your team. No email-volume bands, no per-seat charges, no quote-only tiers.

Every plan includes one-click DNS fixes with a five-minute hold and a 24-hour undo, the daily digest, subdomain discovery, and Slack alerts. The whole price list is public.

The table below covers the four most-compared DMARC subscriptions. Red Sift OnDMARC is not one of its rows; how it charges is described above.

ProviderFree tierHow they charge
trustyourinbox1 domain, the full product, foreverFlat $9/mo for 5 domains, $19/mo for 25. Never metered on email volume; enforcement with a pre-flip preview and one-click DNS fixes included.
PowerDMARC1 domain, capped email volume, short history (non-commercial)Volume-based: the price climbs with your monthly email volume, and the Enterprise and MSP tiers are quote-only.
EasyDMARC1 domain, low monthly email cap, 14 days historyPer-domain tiers crossed with email-volume bands; exceed your monthly email quota and report access is paused until you upgrade.
dmarcian2 domains, 1 user, low message cap (non-commercial)Tiered on domains and message volume, with steep jumps between tiers as you add domains or send more mail.
ValimailMonitor tier, free (up to 5 users, limited automation)No low-cost plan: free monitoring, then a jump to enterprise annual contracts, with most tiers contact-sales.

Competitor details taken from each vendor's published pricing, verified as of June 2026. Plans change, so check the vendor for current terms.

On a per-domain basis, it is not close.

Pro covers 25 domains for $19/mo, about $0.76 per domain each month. Most DMARC tools bill per domain or meter you on email volume, so the cost climbs as you grow. Ours does not. Same DMARC reports, parsed and explained, for a flat price.

When Red Sift OnDMARC fits better

Red Sift is an enterprise email-security suite: OnDMARC sits inside a broader platform whose higher tiers bundle VMC support, DNS monitoring, and quarterly reviews with a customer team. If you want DMARC as one part of a sales-led security platform with those services around it, Red Sift is built for exactly that.

Common questions

How much does Red Sift OnDMARC cost?
Red Sift publishes a price for its entry tier only; the three tiers above it are quote-only. Tiers are gated on two axes at once, your active sender domain count and your monthly email volume, so growing send volume pushes you toward contact-sales pricing. We do not reprint their numbers because they change; check their pricing page for today's figures. Ours has no volume dimension: free for 1 domain, $9/mo for 5, $19/mo for 25.
Does OnDMARC have a free tier?
No. There is a free trial with no credit card required, but no free-forever tier, and the entry tier keeps only 30 days of report history. Our free tier is 1 domain with the full product, no volume cap, and no time limit.
What is a Red Sift OnDMARC alternative with flat pricing?
TrustYourInbox charges by domain count only: $9/mo for up to 5 domains, $19/mo for up to 25, everything self-serve and public. Sending more email never changes your bill, and there is no quote-only tier.
